First time visiting The Clubhouse Lounge? Here's exactly how your session works — from walking in to teeing off.
01 — Check In at the Bar
Head to the bar when you arrive. Our staff will confirm your booking, hand you a bay card, and get your first round started.
02 — Get Settled in Your Bay
Your bay is pre-loaded with the simulator software. Grab a club from the rack, select your course, and take a few practice swings to calibrate.
03 — Order Drinks and Snacks at the Bar
Mixed cocktails and seasonal beers along with your favorite seltzers and non-alcoholic options.
04 — Play Your Round
Choose from 90+ world-famous courses, practice modes, or multiplayer mini-games. Our staff is on hand if you need any help during your session.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. Cancellations and reschedules are accepted up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% fee.What is the maximum group size per bay?
Standard bays accommodate up to 6 players comfortably. For groups of 7 or more, contact us about a full buyout or corporate package.
Do I need to bring my own clubs?
No — club rentals are included with every bay booking. If you have a favorite set, you're welcome to bring it.
Is the simulator suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Our simulators offer beginner-friendly practice modes, driving range settings, and step-by-step guidance. No handicap or prior experience required.How far in advance can I book?
You can book up to 7 days in advance unless you have membership perks for extended booking windows.
